Is the seam allowance included in your patterns or do I have to add it myself?
Yes. We include seam allowance in our patterns. The seam is marked with a dashed line on the pattern.

Can I sell products that I made with MokushArt Patterns?
Purchasing a MokushArt sewing pattern allows you to make garments for yourself or as gifts, not to sell to others. Use of MokushArt patterns for commercial purposes is prohibited. To enquire about the commercial use of MokushArt patterns, please contact us.

The garment I made is not exactly the same as the picture on your website. Why?
While every effort is made to provide the best possible information, sketches or pictures of clothing on our website are indicative only. Your results may vary based on a number of factors including the fabric, equipment, and skill used by you in connection with the relevant pattern.

How do I buy MokushArt digital patterns?
MokushArt PDF patterns are digital PDF files. They are delivered instantly to the email address you provide. Nothing physical is shipped to you!

What do I get when I buy a digital pattern?
You get both tiled files and wide-format print shop files in PDF format. MokushArt PDF tiled file patterns are formatted for printing on A4. They can be printed at home or in the office!

My pattern has not printed to scale (or looks wrong).         
Check your printer s set to actual size or 100% scale. Paper orientation should be Auto. Borderless printing is turned off.

When will I receive my pattern?
A link to download a pattern in PDF format and instructions will be available immediately after payment. A PDF pattern download link and instructions will also be emailed to you. Sometimes this may take several minutes.

I purchased the pattern but didn’t get any emails.
Please get in touch. You may have accidentally entered your email address incorrectly-and the email will have bounced back to us. It’s an easy fix.

Received the purchase confirmation but not the download link.
Please check your email spam folder in case your security settings have diverted the email on arrival. If you find the download email in your spam, please uncheck it as spam (move it to your inbox or save it) so your mailbox knows you want to receive emails from us in the future.
